Refund Policy

Ignite Influence Coaching Last Updated: January 31, 2026

Ignite Influence Coaching (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to your satisfaction and offers the refund terms below for our paid products and programs. This Refund Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to all purchases made through ignitenfluence.coach or related channels.

1. Free Resources

Our free downloadable resources (e.g., “Torches of Influence” guide and any similar materials) are provided at no cost. → No refunds apply (there is no payment to refund).

2. Digital Products

Examples: Senior Leader Ignite Awakening Pack ($47 one-time purchase)

Due to the instant digital delivery of downloadable files (audio role-plays, transcripts, PDFs, frameworks), all sales of digital products are final. Refunds are not provided except in the following limited circumstances:

  • You are unable to access or download the product due to a technical error on our end, and we cannot resolve the issue within 7 days of your purchase notification. → Contact leonor@ignitenfluence.coach within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue (e.g., screenshot/error message). If confirmed as our fault, we will issue a full refund or re-deliver access.

No other refunds will be issued for digital products, including change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, or failure to use the materials.

3. Coaching Programs

 

Example: Torches Awakening Accelerator ($2,997 one-time or 3 × $1,097 installment)

We offer a 14-day “Feel It or Free” Guarantee for the Accelerator program:

  • You may request a full refund if, after attending the first two live sessions and actively applying the tools in your real-world leadership conversations, you do not experience a meaningful shift in how resistance is handled or ownership is created.

  • To request a refund, email leonor@ignitenfluence.coach within 14 calendar days of the first live session start date.

  • Include a brief explanation of the actions you took and why the program did not meet your expectations.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

  • After the 14-day window, no refunds will be issued, regardless of participation level, attendance, or perceived results.

This guarantee is designed to give you confidence to start — it is not a “results guarantee,” as outcomes depend on your consistent application of the material.

Installment payments: If approved for refund within 14 days, any future installments are canceled and no further charges will occur. If refund is requested after the 14-day window, no future installments are refunded.

4. General Refund Conditions

  • All refund requests must be made in writing via email to leonor@ignitenfluence.coach.

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that violate these terms, involve abuse of the guarantee, or occur outside stated timeframes.

  • No refunds for no-shows, partial participation, or failure to complete program requirements.

  • If you breach our Terms and Conditions (e.g., sharing copyrighted materials, disruptive behavior), no refund will be issued.
