Welcome to Ignite Influence Coaching (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website ignitenfluence.coach (the “Site”), our free resources, digital products, coaching programs, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. Services Overview

Ignite Influence Coaching provides:

Free downloadable resources (e.g., “Torches of Influence” guide)
Paid digital products (e.g., Senior Leader Ignite Awakening Pack)
High-ticket group coaching programs (e.g., Torches Awakening Accelerator)

All Services are delivered online via digital downloads, email, Zoom, private communities (e.g., Slack/Voxer), or similar platforms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Free Resources

Our free guide (“Torches of Influence”) and similar resources are provided at no cost.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use them for your personal or internal business purposes only.
You may not resell, redistribute, modify for commercial use, or claim authorship.

4. Paid Products & Programs

4.1 Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed on the Site at time of purchase (e.g., $47 for the Ignite Awakening Pack; $2,997 one-time or 3 × $1,097 for the Accelerator).
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.
Payment is due in full at time of purchase (or per agreed installment plan).

4.2 Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to downloads or program materials via email or a private link.
It is your responsibility to retain access credentials and backups.

4.3 Accelerator Program Specifics

The Torches Awakening Accelerator is an 8-week small-group online program.
Participation requires active engagement (weekly live sessions, homework, community interaction).
We reserve the right to remove participants for disruptive behavior or non-payment.

5. Refund Policy

Free resources: Non-refundable (no cost).
Digital products ($47 pack): Due to instant digital delivery, all sales are final. No refunds except in cases of technical failure preventing access (contact us within 7 days).
Accelerator program: 14-day “feel it or free” guarantee — attend the first two sessions and apply the tools. If you do not experience a meaningful shift, email leonor@ignitenfluence.coach within 14 days of the first session for a full refund (no questions asked). After 14 days, no refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in the Services (frameworks, guides, audio role-plays, videos, templates, written materials) is owned by Ignite Influence Coaching or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You are granted a limited license to use purchased materials solely for your personal or internal business leadership development.

“FORCEE”, “Torches of Influence”, and related branding are proprietary to Ignite Influence Coaching.

7. No Professional Advice

Our Services are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, psychological, medical, or career advice. You are solely responsible for how you apply any ideas, tools, or frameworks. We are not liable for any decisions, outcomes, or results arising from your use of the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ignite Influence Coaching, its owner (Leonor), and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use purchased digital materials ends, but you retain access to already-downloaded files for personal use.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Union County, New Jersey. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
